The 3rd General Assembly of the 8th Session, along with the 5th meetings of the 8th Council and Board of Supervisors of the Shanghai Plastics Industry Association, was grandly held recently in Meeting Room N1-M40 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. A total of 135 attendees—including the Association’s president, vice presidents, council members, supervisors, and representatives from member organizations—participated in the event. President Chen Ming presided over the meeting.

Against the backdrop of this major industry event, the association held a grand award ceremony for member companies recognized as "Renowned and Quality Brands" in the Shanghai plastics industry for 2025. In addition to the awards ceremony for renowned brands, the conference reviewed and approved several documents, including the association's work summary for 2025 and the key work plan for 2026. Secretary-General Chen Guokang provided a comprehensive report on the association's achievements over the past year and outlined preliminary plans for the coming year, charting a course for the development of enterprises in the industry.
